What started as a lifelong friendship and shared passion has grown into a purpose-driven softball training facility.

Co-founders Andee Lupica and Sarah Piening have been best friends for over 18 years. Their journey began on the field, where they played side by side and made history together as part of four state championship teams. Through years of competing, training, and ultimately coaching, they developed not only a deep understanding of the game, but also a shared vision to one day build a space where young athletes could be developed the right way.

That vision began to take shape when they met Rafi six years ago. As a dedicated supporter of youth athletics and a parent watching his own children grow through sports, Rafi recognized the lasting impact that strong coaching, structure, and positive environments can have on young athletes. Sharing the same values and long-term vision, the three came together with one goal in mind: to create a facility that goes beyond training.

Today, our academy is built on experience, trust, and a genuine commitment to the next generation. We focus on developing not just skilled softball players, but confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals. Every lesson, every session, and every interaction is rooted in the belief that sports are a powerful vehicle for growth, both on and off the field.

This is more than a facility. It’s the realization of a dream years in the making, and a place where athletes are empowered to reach their full potential.
