Sarah Piening
Coach Sarah Piening specializes exclusively in private pitching instruction, bringing over a decade of elite experience to her athletes. She currently serves as Assistant Coach of Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is former Head Softball Coach of John Jay College in New York City, following her two-year head coaching job at Saint Mary High School (Rutherford) where she was also their Dean of Admissions. Her coaching background also includes impactful roles at Immaculate Conception High School (Lodi) and Saint Elizabeth University.
In addition to her scholastic and collegiate coaching, Coach Sarah is the Northeast Director for EC Bullets Fastpitch, a nationally ranked competitive club program, where she develops and mentors high-level athletes.
Before transitioning into coaching, Coach Sarah built a distinguished playing career. At Immaculate Conception High School (Lodi), she became the first and only pitcher to win four consecutive state championships, recording over 250 strikeouts per season. She continued her academic and athletic journey at Division II Rollins College before completing her collegiate career at Division I University of Delaware, earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
Known for her disciplined, athlete-centered approach, Coach Sarah is deeply committed to developing confident, resilient, and high-integrity young women, guiding them toward success both on the field and at the next level.
Pitching Coach
Andee Lupica
Coach Andee Lupica is a highly skilled pitching instructor who specializes in internal rotation mechanics, bringing over five years of dedicated coaching experience to her athletes. Her coaching background includes impactful roles at Immaculate Conception (Lodi), Saint Mary High School (Rutherford), and with the EC Bullets Fastpitch. She currently serves as the Head Coach of the newly established varsity softball program at Dwight-Englewood, where she is building a culture rooted in development, discipline, and competitive excellence.
Before transitioning into coaching, Coach Andee was a standout player at Immaculate Conception High School, playing a key role in multiple state championship runs through her contributions both offensively and defensively. Alongside Coach Sarah, she became part of the first group of athletes in program history to win four consecutive state championships.
She continued her collegiate career at William Paterson University, where she was a four-year starter as a right-handed pitcher and second baseman, and a consistent, impactful presence in the Pioneers’ lineup.
In addition to her coaching, Coach Andee is a physical education and health teacher, bringing a well-rounded, athlete-first approach to her instruction. She is deeply committed to developing not only the physical abilities of her players, but also their mental toughness, confidence, and overall character. Her energy and passion make her a driving force in helping athletes reach their full potential both in the circle and beyond the game.
Pitching, Defense and Agility Coach
Olivia Gilbert
Olivia Gilbert was a cornerstone of the lineup at Seton Hall University, where she started at first base for four years and established herself as one of the program’s premier offensive threats. A two-time All-Big East selection and a key contributor to the 2023 Big East Championship team, Olivia combined consistency and power at the plate throughout her collegiate career.
She holds Seton Hall’s single-season RBI record with 57 and concluded her career with an impressive 170 hits and 140 RBIs, cementing her legacy among the program’s top producers. Prior to her collegiate success, Olivia was a standout at La Salle Academy in Providence, Rhode Island, earning All-State honors all four years.
Today, Olivia remains deeply connected to the game as a USA Softball Umpire and Youth Instructor. She is passionate about giving back to the sport, using her experience and leadership to inspire, develop, and empower the next generation of athletes.
Hitting Coach
Grace Shukaitis
Grace Shukaitis is a dedicated hitting and fielding coach with a strong playing and coaching background. She was a four-year varsity starter and two-year captain for Clifton High School before continuing her career at Rowan University as a three-year starter and two-time NCAA World Series participant. Grace has coached at multiple competitive levels including 14U and 18U Elite, served as the 16U Stars Assistant Coach, 18U Huskies Head Coach and is currently an Assistant Coach at St. Mary’s High School in Rutherford, NJ. She specializes in developing confident hitters and fundamentally strong defender, helping athletes refine their skills, build confidence and compete at the highest level.
Hitting and Fielding Coach
Dimitra Milonopoulos
Dimitra Milonopoulos is a Division I softball catcher at Fairleigh Dickinson University. With experience as a private softball instructor and a strong background in catching, Dimitra is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. She focuses on catcher-specific fundamentals including receiving, blocking, throwing, footwork, and game awareness. Dimitra enjoys creating a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can develop both on and off the field.
Catching Coach
Zoe Milonopoulos
Zoe Milonopoulos is a Division I softball student-athlete at Fairleigh Dickinson University and brings over 15 years of competitive softball experience to her private lessons. In addition to competing at the collegiate level, Zoe has the honor of representing Greece as a member of the Greek National Softball Team. A versatile middle infielder and accomplished hitter, she is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
Before competing at the collegiate level, Zoe was a four-year varsity softball player and two-year captain at Old Bridge High School. During her high school career, she earned multiple All-Conference and All-Division honors, as well as Team MVP recognition. She finished her high school career with a .427 batting average, 132 hits, 106 RBI, 19 home runs, 29 doubles, and a .748 slugging percentage.
Zoe also spent over a decade competing in high-level travel softball, serving as a team captain for 10 years. Her extensive experience competing at the high school, travel, international, and collegiate levels has given her a strong understanding of the mechanics, preparation, discipline, and mindset required to succeed on the field.
At Fairleigh Dickinson University, Zoe continues to compete at the Division I level while pursuing her degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She brings her current collegiate and international playing experience directly into her lessons, helping athletes improve their mechanics while learning how to translate those skills into real game situations.
Zoe’s lessons focus on building strong fundamentals, developing confident and intelligent hitters and fielders, and helping each athlete reach their individual goals. She is committed to creating a positive and encouraging environment where players can work hard, have fun, and become better athletes both on and off the field.

MaryJane Limon
MaryJane Limon is a dedicated softball pitching instructor with more than 16 years of competitive softball experience. A Division I collegiate athlete at Fairleigh Dickinson University and former member of the Mexico International Team, MaryJane brings a high level of experience, knowledge, and passion to her instruction.
MaryJane has experience working with softball players ages 8–14, providing individualized pitching lessons and leading summer softball clinics for young athletes. Her coaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing proper mechanics, and helping athletes gain confidence both on and off the field.
Each lesson is personalized to meet the athlete’s age, skill level, and individual goals. MaryJane is passionate about helping young athletes develop their skills, believe in themselves, and grow into confident, hardworking players both in softball and in life.
